Sherry Vinegar
This comes exclusively from organic grapes produced in artisanal vineyards in the Marco de Jerez. Throughout the whole process, from the production of the grapes and the fermentation of the must, to the acetification of the wine and the ageing of the vinegar, organic production techniques have been followed, in addition to those of the “Vinagre de Jerez” Denomination of Origin.


SMOOTH, VINOUS
LIGHT AND DELICATE
A few drops of Organic Reserve Sherry Vinegar sprinkled on some good fried eggs, or on legumes, will bring an astounding change to the most common dishes. Or mix it with some crushed garlic, coarse salt, peppercorns, a clove and a pinch of paprika to create a delicious marinade. It is also perfect for a mild fish marinade.
