PEACH BRANDY
Peach Brandy is a liqueur drink made with brandy, peach extract and dark, sweet wines, with subsequent ageing in oak casks. It comes from a recipe brought from across the seas by Beatriz de Sajonia, wife of Infante Alfonso de Orleans y Borbón, one of the first Spanish aviators who, in collaboration with Barbadillo, began to produce this liqueur which was then sold to the Royal Household.
