NAVE TRINIDAD

The Nave Trinidad Manzanilla is a fun, friendly gateway into the forcefulness of medium-aged wines.

GOOD INTRODUCTION
FRIENDLY AND FUN

It was born with the idea of creating a new high quality “en rama” Manzanilla (with minimum filtration), but at the same time, one that would be understood by the majority of consumers, without requiring the complexity and exactitude offered by the company’s other en rama products (Pastora, Saca Estacional and Levante Poniente).

VINEYARDS AND HARVEST

NAVE TRINIDAD

A new solera was created to produce it, based on a selection of different biologically aged wines, with those from casks from the El Toro winery (the foundation of the company and where the new Trinidad solera is located) predominating. Once the desired character had been found and after months of trials and preparatory tastings, 36 casks were used to house this new solera. Part of these blending wines was used in the first fill of Trinidad. The rest has been enclosed in casks so that the new Manzanilla will acquire its own personality in the future.

The result is a proposal that gives access to that bitter and saline mouth that a more mature Manzanilla offers, for the most daring palates, full of courage and good taste.
