Millesime Bio is considered the most prestigious Exclusively Organic Wine Fair in the world and one of the oldest, this year it celebrates its 30th edition.

Barbadillo en Singular, will attend this year, again, with the three organic wines it has so far: Sábalo and Patinegro already present in the market and Tamaríx, its new wine, orange wine, which will be presented right at this fair.

A total of 1,486 wineries will attend this call of 2,023, of which only 88 are Spanish and Barbadillo is one of the 3 Andalusian wineries present at this international event.

The different pavilions of this fair are not grouped by region or by denomination but mixed. This feature of Millésime BIO is a deliberate choice by the organizers to encourage encounter and curiosity.

Prior to the fair, the organizers carry out rigorous work to verify compliance with the legislation of the products on display. They are all certified organic. Each exhibitor must provide copies of the certificates of compliance with the organic production method issued by an approved certification body.

This fair is created and organized by SudVinBio, the interprofessional association of organic winegrowers in Occitania.
