Hace unos d\u00edas pudimos visitar el proyecto que han montado nuestros amigos de Estero Natural.<\/p>\n

Su proyecto est\u00e1 enfocado en los sistemas productivos tradicionales, poniendo el acento en el m\u00e9todo tradicional del pescado de Estero y el cultivo de ostras.<\/p>\n

Nacho nos hizo una ruta por las salinas y nos mostr\u00f3 el sistema artesanal con el que trabajan, un\u00a0 tipo de cultivo sostenible y tradicional en pleno coraz\u00f3n de la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz.<\/span><\/p>\n
