Barbadillo acquired some very old wines in the mid-nineteenth century that were completed with wines from the “sacrist\u00edas” of prestigious wineries in the area. This was how he established a solera of Palo Cortado in the cellar of the “Casa de la Cilla”. This Reliquia offers the wine from this solera\u2019s best casks \u2013 those labelled with a “NO” which, due to their age and quality, have been marked to be left untouched over the years.

Its iodized, old-gold colour, clean and with mahogany glints, pleasurably excites the senses. Its background of noble wood and bitter nuances mark the ritual of contemplation and enjoyment suited to its immense complexity and elegance. Ample on the nose, and dry and balanced on the palate, it activates the long-standing taste for authenticity.<\/p>\n
