This is the youngest of the four. We found records of the last sales from ’93. As we were writing this we decided to open an old bottle or two and compare them with the same product after many years of ageing in sherry casks. If you feel like asking us about the changes, well, please don’t… there are too many to explain.

A JOURNEY IN SHERRY CASK<\/i><\/span><\/span>
SHROUDED IN MYSTERY<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

We had something in the bottle, frozen in time, probably having evolved in some way, but true to what was bottled 40 years ago. We had something else in the cask, something else entirely, which was reminiscent of that ponche, admittedly, but now under a cloak of mystery. As if the sailor had returned after a long time and no one recognized him.<\/p>\n
