Equal measures of sunning, good winey oak, patience, control and luck \u2013 how could it be otherwise?<\/p>\n

A grape that grows on the old vines of Vi\u00f1a Cerro de Leyes and then finishes maturing in the sun of our land for just the right amount of time, before being fermented on fine lees and then stored in tocadero casks, always under the watchful eye and the solid know-how of our cellar masters.<\/p>\n

The wine is aged in oak casks and then rests in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and sent to the most exquisite tables.<\/p>\n
