The wine seeks the maximum expression of the palomino variety from old vines without applying the traditional ageing processes of the area. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it also rests after the harvest to clarify naturally before bottling.<\/p>\n

The result obtained in this first vintage is a pale yellow wine that, even in its youth, is structured, tasty and fresh. A wine with complex aromas and at the same time sweetly evocative. As de Mirabr\u00e1s is proud of its southern origins and brings to each glass the white clay albariza soils into which its roots sink and a hint of the salty breeze that envelops the old vines near the sea.<\/p>\n
